| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了基于word的质量管理系统的体系结构、功能设计和实现方法。基于Word的质量管理系统通过对Word进行二次开发，使企业在Word中既可以实现对大量非结构化数据和复杂报表的处理，又能够通过网络数据库实现质量信息的存储、共享、分析和再应用，可以推动企业质量管理信息化的发展。
