多功能弧焊/切割逆变电源的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种晶闸管多功能逆变电源。该电源以半桥串联谐振逆变理静为基础,以快速晶闸管为逆变器件,集焊条电弧焊、直流钨极氩弧焊、脉冲钨极氩弧焊、空气等离子弧切割4种功能于一体。通过研制过程中的大量实验和测试,验证了快速晶闸管逆变电源数学模型的正确性,得出了逆变电路参数设计的新方法,为逆变电源的研制提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A kind of multifunctional inverter power source based on the theory of semi-bridge resonance in series is introduced in this paper.The source has four functions,such as MMA,DC TIG welding,pulse TIG welding and plasma cutting.and adopts thyristor as inverter comporent.By plentiful experiments and tests,we have validated the mathematical model of the thyristor inverter power source,and got the new design methods of inverter circuit parameters,which provides the theoretic foundation for the manufacture of inverter power sources.
