红外线中餐燃气炒菜灶的研制

摘    要:将红外线无焰燃烧技术运用到中餐燃气炒菜以上,实验结果表明:与现有大气式中具燃气炒菜灶相比,其热效率提高一倍以上,CO、NOX的排放量降低90%以上,燃烧噪音减少25~30dB。

Abstract:Infrared ray combustion technology is applied to the Chinesecooking gas appliance. Through developing the sample and testing its thermal characteristics, the result is that the thermal efficiency is one times higher and the emissions of CO and NOX is 90 % lower than that of the existing Chinese cooking gas appliances, and the combustion noise reduces 25~30dB.
