| 摘 要： | 文章从主流周网运营商战略转型的同标出发，探讨了如何对现有网络进行无缝融合和平滑演进，以及传统电信运营商引入NGN技术的切入点，并以广东省电信有限公司软交换技术的试商用试验为例，说明了软交换技术组网的可行性。
