| Abstract: | According to the importance to perfect engineering general contract,thoughts of perfecting legislation of engineering general contract are discussed.The buildings of market access system,bid invitation and submission system,guarantee system in revising and perfecting of engineering general contract model and other systems in engineering general contract are emphasized,in order to promote health development of engineering general contract mode. |
