往复板萃取塔性能的研究

摘    要:研究了用于3-氰基吡啶水溶液-苯体系萃取分离3-氰基吡啶的往复板萃取塔的流体力学和传质性能。通过对开孔率、板间距、流比、往复频率、振幅、物性诸因素和液泛通量关系的数据计算,获得了适用于本体系的流体力学关联式,结合由传质试验得到的HETS,为工业装置的设计提供了依据。


Study on the Performance of Reciprocating Plate Extraction Column
Abstract:The hydrodynamic and mass-transfer performance in the reciprocating plate extraction column that is used for liquid-liquid extraction of C_6H_4N_2 from C_6H_44N_2-H_2O system has been studied. The hydrodynamic relationship for this system has been obtained by means of data-treatment of free area, plate spacing, phase flow rate, reciprocating frequency, amplitude, physical properties and flooding rate. This relationship and HETS are the bases for designing tile commercial unit.
