石榴皮原花青素的纯化工艺及其抗李斯特菌活性研究

摘    要:从6种大孔树脂中筛选出对石榴皮原花青素纯化效果较好的HPD-600树脂,探索该树脂对原花青素的纯化工艺.结果表明,该树脂纯化原花青素的最佳条件是:静态平衡时间8h,提取液pH值为5.0,吸附液料比为12∶1,静置吸附时间90 min,洗脱液为80%的乙醇溶液,洗脱液料比25∶1.原花青素提取液对单增李斯特菌有抑菌作用.

Abstract:In order to purified the proanthocyanidins from pomegranate peels, selected six kinds of macroporous resins in this experiment and found that the HPD-600 macroporous resin showed more better separation performance to the proanthocyanidins. Result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: static equilibrium time 8 h, extract pH value 5.0,adsorption liquid to solid ratio 12:1 ,static adsorption time 90 rain, eluting with 80% the ethanol solution, eluent liquid to solid ratio 25 : 1. The proanthocyanidins from pomegranate peels showed moderate antibacterial activity to the Listeria monocytogenes.
