2,6-萘二酚的提纯工艺研究

摘    要:2,6-萘二酚粗品(纯度83.5%)在低级醇类、酯类单一溶剂或混合溶剂中重结晶,可以除掉杂质二聚物和2-萘酚等。较好的工艺条件为:m(活性炭)∶m(粗品)∶v(异丁醇)=0.1∶1∶3,回流搅拌30 min,过滤后滤液冷却得精制产品,纯度96.14%;m(活性炭)∶m(粗品)∶v(异丙醇):v(水)=0.1∶1∶3∶9,纯度96.09%,收率68%,白色粉末状晶体。该工艺精制产品纯度高,经济环保,操作简便,易于工业化。

Abstract:Crude 2,6-naphthalenediol( 83. 5% purity) was purified by the recrystallization method with lower alcohols,esters or mixed solvent to eliminate dimer and 2-naphthol. The improved process was applied as follows: m( activated carbon) ∶ m( crude product) ∶ v( isobutyl alcohol) = 0. 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 3,and the mixture were stirred and backflow for 30 min,then cooled,filtered,and high-purity product was obtained. The purity of product was 96. 14%. m( activated carbon) ∶ m( crude product) ∶ v( isopropyl alcohol) ∶ v( water) = 0. 1∶ 1∶ 3∶ 9,the purity of product was over 96. 09% and the yield was 68%. The product purity obtained by the process was high,white powder crystal. The improved process was cheaper and environmentally friendly,and was easy to be operated and industrialized.
