拟薄水铝石胶溶过程规律性研究

摘    要:考察了加酸速度、固含量、添加Al-Sol、磷、SiO2对拟薄水铝石胶溶过程pH值的影响,并对拟薄水铝石胶溶残留物进行了分析.结果表明,慢速加酸及高固含量使得拟薄水铝石胶溶及凝胶所耗酸量大大减少,但是高固含量情况下,拟薄水铝石胶体迅速凝胶;Al-Sol的加入,大大缓冲了拟薄水铝石胶溶体系的pH值,使得拟薄水铝石完全胶溶耗酸量大大增加;磷的加入,也使得体系的pH值变化比较缓和,拟薄水铝石完全胶溶耗酸量略有增加,但是体系的粘稠度有所改善;SiO2的加入,对拟薄水铝石胶溶的影响不大;拟薄水铝石胶溶残留物质主要是三水氧化铝,是一种很难被酸胶溶的物质.

Abstract:The influences of acidifying speed, solid contents, Al-Sol, P and SiO2 on pH of pseudo-boehmite peptization and the residues of pseudo-boehmite peptization were studied. The results showed that low acidifying speed and high solid contents greatly reduced the acid cost on the pseudo-boehmite peptization. But high solid contents made the pseudo-boehmite gelate rapidly and peptize not completely;Al-Sol buffered greatly pH of pseudo-boehmite peptization system and increased the acid cost on the pseudo-boehm- ire peptization ;P also buffered pH of pseudo-boehmite peptization system and increased the acid a little, but P improved the viscosity of pseudo-boehmite peptization system;SiO2 had no much influence on pseudo-boehmite peptization. The residues of pseudo-boehmite peptization were mainly a kind of alumina hydrate,which was so difficult to peptize.
