摘    要:通过Gleeble-1500D热模拟机来进行EQ47(460 MPa)钢的高温塑性研究,以1×10-3/s的变形速率,在600~1 350℃的温度区间内以每50℃取一间隔做一组高温塑性试验.结果表明:在907~1 270℃之间,断面收缩率均高于60%,钢的高温塑性良好,温度高于1 270℃时,断面收缩率急剧下降,第Ⅲ脆性区在667~907℃之间,在此温度区间内存在明显的塑性低谷,断面收缩率最低值为29.44%.

Abstract:The hot ductility behavior of Steel EQ47 was investigated by Gleeble-1500D hot simutator at the temperature range of 600-1 350 °C per 50 °C through high temperature tensile test at a constant true strain rate of 1x10-3s-1. The section reduction rate is more than 60 % at the temperatures of 907-1 270 °C; tensile sample showed a good ductility; the third brittle zone is at the temperature of 666-907 °C. The minimum reduction rate was 29.44 % with poor ductility.
