减三线脱蜡油糠醛精制脱酸的操作条件研究

摘    要:针对大连石化公司大庆/尼罗(体积比为1∶1)减三线脱蜡油糠醛精制生产的润滑油基础油HVI400SN酸值不合格,以减三线脱蜡油为原料油,进行糠醛脱酸研究,考察剂油体积比、抽提温度对精制油酸值和收率的影响,运用数学方法求出精制油酸值合格的最优操作条件,并采用假二段实验进行了验证。结果表明,在剂油体积比为5∶1,塔顶温度120℃,塔底温度80℃的条件下,对减三线脱蜡油进行糠醛精制脱酸,精制油收率为65.32%,粘度指数为104,酸值能够达到集团公司通用润滑油基础油质量标准。

Abstract:The acid number of HVI400SN lube base oil produced by furfural refining VGO NO. 3 dewaxed oil of Daqing / Nile mixed oil( volume ratio is 1∶ 1) is unqualified in Dalian Petrochemical Company,and in view of this,the experiment of furfural refining VGO NO. 3 dewaxed oil obtained from Dalian Petrochemical Company was carried out. The effects of the solvent / oil volume ratio and extraction temperature on acid value and yield of refined oil were investigated by single-stage extraction experiment. Optimum operating conditions that can make acid value of refined oil meet requirement were obtained by utilizing mathematical optimization method,and the result was verified by hypothetic two-stage extraction experiment. The results showed that for existing furfural extractor of Dalian Petrochemical Company,refined oil yield was 65. 32%,viscosity index was 104,and the acid value can reach general lubricant base oil standards of group company under the following conditions: the volume ratio of solvent to oil was 5∶ 1,the top temperature and bottom temperature of extractor were respectively 120 ℃ and 80 ℃.
