高炉控制铁水砷含量的研究

摘    要:由于高炉原料无法完全脱除砷,进入高炉后将导致铁水含砷量过高,从而影响炼钢工艺及钢材质量.通过控制入炉全铁含砷量、铁水温度、碱度、炉顶压力等参数,高炉获得了较高的铁水脱砷率,得到符合生产要求的铁水.试验表明:当入炉全铁砷含量、铁水含硅量、R2、渣比、铁水温度、炉顶压力分别控制在0.015%、0.4%、1.20、400 kg/t、1 490℃、220 kPa时,铁水脱砷率最高达67%,铁水含砷量仅为0.007%.

Abstract:As arsenic can not mohen iron distracts steelma controlling arsenic be fully removed before iron is fed into blast furnace, th king process and affects steel quality. A favorable dears molten iron temperature, alkalinity and furnace top pr e high enizati arsenic content In on rate is obtained by essure. The research resu show the maximum dearsenization rate reaches 67 % with arsenic content 0.007 % when the parameters of arsenic content of iron feed, silicon content of molten iron, R2, slag ratio, top pressure are controlled respectively as 0.015 %,0.4 %, 1.20,400 kg/t, 1 mohen iron temperature and furnace 490°Cand 220 kPa
