粘结剂对催化裂化催化剂物化性质的影响

摘    要:铝溶胶和酸化拟薄水铝石是目前国内制备催化裂化催化剂的常用粘结剂.盐酸胶溶拟薄水铝石和高岭土复配、铝溶胶与分子筛及催化剂其他各组分复配,运用t-plot法、动态光散射法、高速空气喷射法等分析方法分析表征了复配物的孔体积、粒度分布、磨损指数.随着酸铝比的增加,拟薄水铝石和高岭土的复配物孔体积逐渐下降;随着铝溶胶加入量的增加,分子筛的孔体积明显下降,催化剂孔体积和中位粒径呈现下降趋势,磨损强度逐步改善.

Abstract:Aluminum gel and acidized pseudo-boehmite are normal binder in domestic FCC catalysts preparation process.By mixing hydrochloric acid acidized pseudo-boehmite Kaolin,aluminum gel,zeolites and other components of catalysts,t-plot method,dynamic light scattering,high speed air spay method and other analysis can be done to characterize the mentioned mixture' s pore volume,particle size distribution and attrition index.With the increase of aluminum to acid ratio,the pore volume of mixture of pseudo-boehmite and Kaolin decrease gradually ; with the increase of aluminum gel' s addition,zeolite' s pore volume shows significant decrease,the pore volume and median particle diameter decrease while attrition index improves gradually.
