从竹叶中同步提取多糖、茶多酚和黄酮的研究

摘    要:研究高压脉冲电场法同步提取竹叶中黄酮、茶多酚和多糖的工艺。以竹叶为原料,在电场强度、脉冲数、提取介质pH和料液比4个单因素实验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交实验确定最优化工艺。结果表明,采用高压脉冲电场法进行同步提取,竹叶黄酮、茶多酚和多糖提取率分别可达到2.48%,0.93%和3.54%,竹叶黄酮与多糖的提取率比传统方法提高了25%以上,但茶多酚的提取率略有降低。该工艺可同步有效地从竹叶中提取黄酮、茶多酚和多糖,对于综合开发竹叶活性成分具有指导意义。

Abstract:Research synchronous extraction of polysaccharide,tea polyphenols and flavonoids from bamboo leaves by the method of pulsed electric field. Bamboo as raw material,on the basis of four single factor experiment of the electric field intensity,the number of pulses,the extract medium pH and solid-liquid ratio,using L9(34 )orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal process. The results show that the syn-chronization extraction by pulsed electric field,bamboo leaves flavonoids,polyphenols and polysaccharides extraction rate can reach 2. 48% ,0. 93% and 3. 54% . The extraction rate of bamboo leaves flavonoids and polysaccharides has increased more than 25% compared to the traditional method,but the tea poly-phenols extraction rate slightly decreased. The process can be synchronized effectively extract flavonoids, polyphenols and polysaccharides from bamboo leaves,has the guiding significance for the comprehensive development of the active ingredients in bamboo leaves.
