摘    要:氨基乙醛缩二甲醇与S-甲基异硫脲硫酸盐或O-甲基异脲硫酸盐缩合后,再加硫酸催化环合,得到2-氨基咪唑硫酸盐,经重氮化、硝化反应,得到目标化合物2-硝基咪唑,总收率49.9%.

Abstract:An improved method for the synthesis of 2-nitroimidazole was reported.2-Aminoimidazole was first prepared by one-pot reaction of aminoacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal and S-methylisothiourea sulphate or O-methylisourea sulphate.Then,2-nitroimidazole was obtained via diazotization followed by nitration of2-aminoimidazole.The overall yield of the route was 49.9%.
