摘    要:立磨机在细磨方面具有高效、节能优势,在国外已广泛使用,但在国内属首次引进,为了更好地发挥立磨机性能优势,通过对电流、磨矿浓度、介质充填率等主要因素进行对比研究,确定立磨机电流强度45~52 A、磨矿浓度为55%±5%、介质充填率26 %为最佳运行参数.介绍了立磨机结构、工作原理、磨矿介质和运行注意问题,对比分析了立磨机和传统球磨机经济技术指标.选矿厂生产实践表明,立磨机可节约运行成本,降低钢球单耗0.1 kg/t,节能40 %左右,磨矿产品粒径小于45 μm含量提高11 %,提高铜回收率0.3 %,提高伴生金回收率4 %.

Abstract:Vertimill has been widely used abroad because of its high efficiency and energy saving in fine grind-ing, while it is introduced to China for the first time. In order to display the better performance of vertimill , the optimal working parameter is obtained when electric current is 45-52A , grinding density is (55±5) % and medium filling rate is 26 % by comparative study of dominant factors as current , grinding concentration and medium filling rate. The structure, working principles and ore grinding medium of the vertimill as well as the problems needing attention in the practical application of the vertimill are introduced. The economical and technical index of the vertimill and traditional ball mill are analyzed. Production practice in Yinshan plant shows that the operation cost can be saved with the steel consumption reduce d to 0.1 kg/t , energy saved by about 40 %, the content of the <45 μm in grinding product increased by 11 % , the recovery of copper and associated gold improved to 0.3%and 4%respectively .
