朱蕉叶挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取朱蕉叶的挥发油,运用气质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发油成分进行分析,并采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果表明,共鉴定出67种成分,占总离子流出峰面积的89.48%。朱蕉叶挥发油主要有1-辛烯-3-醇(22.98%),甜没药醇(5.21%),7-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-2,3-二氢-3,3-二甲基-1H-茚-1-酮(4.60%),棕榈酸(3.51%)和乙酸叶醇酯(3.17%)。

Abstract:The volatile oil was extracted by water steam distillation and then analyzed by GC-MS. The relative percentage content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. Results showed that 67 compounds from the volatile oil were separated and identified,which account for 89. 48% of total volatile oils. The main chemical constituents were 1-octen-3-ol( 22. 98%),bisabolol( 5. 21%),7-( 1,1-dimethylethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3,3-dimethyl-1H-Inden-1-one( 4. 60%),palmitic acid( 3. 51%) and cis-3-hexene acetate( 3. 17%).
