微波场对1,4-丁二醇/水体系的选择性加热研究

摘    要:在常压及真空条件下,用微波场对1,4-丁二醇/水体系进行加热,用SPSS软件对不同浓度配比、温升速率、水分子体积变化率等进行考察分析。结果表明,微波场对于不同介电常数物质具有一定的选择性蒸发潜力。通过对分子蒸馏过程相关原理的分析发现,相对于传统热传导加热方式,微波场的选择性加热对于分子蒸馏过程具有一定的辅助作用。

Abstract:Microwave select heating was investigated by 1,4-butanediol /water mix solution under ordinary pressure and vacuum state. SPSS software was used for different solution concentration,temperature rising rate and water volume change rate were investigated and analyzed. Results show that the microwave field has a certain selective evaporation potential based on different dielectric constant. Through analysis of the related principle of molecular distillation process,it is found that selective heating of the microwave field has the assistant potential ability to molecular distillation process when compared to conventional thermal conduction heating.
