摘 要: | 采用提高A组分官能度、配制液体扩链剂的方法,可使聚氨酯密封胶A、B组分在无催化剂条件下室温即可顺利反应。MF-1室温固化双组分聚氨酯密封胶的物理性能、工艺操作性能和机械性能均达到并超过进口同类产品的水平,可用于Z9飞机机尾桨叶组件根部密封填充。

Abstract: | A room temperature curable MF-1 double parts polyurethane sealant is prepared by raising the functionalities of component A, for the reaction of component A and B can conduct thoroughly .The physical 、process and mechanical properties of MF-1 sealant are much better than that of UR3150 product imported from France and find applications in helicopter Z9 . |
