抽凝机组低真空循环水供热技术热力学分析

摘    要:目前一些热电联产企业对抽凝机组进行低真空循环水供热技术改造,以提高供热能力.对抽凝机组低真空循环水供热技术进行了经济性分析和(火用)分析,从(火用)分析角度来看,低真空循环水供热运行较纯凝方式运行并没有明显优势,因此,热电联产供热系统节能不能仅仅关注企业的经济效益,更要注意能量的质量损失,应从总能观念出发,正确分析与评价出现的各种节能技术.

Abstract:Some enterprises of heat and power cogeneration are reforming condensate pumping units with the low vacuum circulating water heating technology to improve their heating capacity.Performs economical efficiency and exergy analyses of this technology to the application.From the viewpoint of the exergy analysis,low vacuum circulating water heating operation mode has minor superiority over the pure condensate operation mode.Hence,for heat and power cogeneration system,the enterprises should pay more attention to the quality loss of energy but not merely the economic efficiency.A variety of energy-saving technologies should be correctly analysed and evaluated based on the total energy concept.
