叶片精锻过程中摩擦影响的数值模拟

摘    要:通过对叶片的叶身和榫头进行热力耦合数值模拟,进一步研究了摩擦在叶片精锻过程中的影响作用。研究表明:在叶片成形过程中摩擦对温度场和载荷行程曲线有较大的影响,而对等效应变的影响相对小一些;不同摩擦系数条件下温度场、等效应变场以及载荷行程曲线呈现一定的单调变化。

Abstract:The forming process of the blade body and rabbet was studied by thermo-mechanical couple numerical simulation, and the friction influence during this process was studied farther. The results indicate that the friction has significant influence on temperature field and the load-stroke curve. The influence of friction on equivalent strain field is insignificant.Certain monotonous variation of the temperature field, equivalent strain field and the load-stroke curve appear with the different coefficient of friction.
