摘    要:构建了一个基于图像采集卡的复杂环境下实时运动目标检测与跟踪的实验平台。基于此平台提出并实现了一种改进的运动目标检测算法,它融合了帧间差分法和背景差分法的优点,以适应复杂环境的变化。实验表明,该算法利用所构建的平台,对变化场景中的运动目标实施了快速有效的检测与跟踪,为智能视频技术的研究提供了一个实用的实验平台。

Abstract:This paper constructed an experimental platform for real-time moving object detection and tracking in complex environments based on image grab card. It presented and realized an algorithm based on the platform of improved detecting moving object, and it had the advantages of both frame-difference method and background difference method to adapt to complex changing environments. The experimental results show the moving object can be detected and tracked quickly and efficiently in changing scenes by the presented algorithm based on the built platform, and a practical experimental platform is provided for study intelligent video technology.
