西部新区准噶尔盆地深井钻井技术

摘    要:总结了庄1井、沙1井、庄103井等几口井的钻井经验,指出目前准噶尔盆地深井钻井存在的主要问题是:起下钻困难,卡钻事故频繁;完井电测不顺利;钻具事故时有发生;4000m以深井段机械钻速低等。详细介绍了该地区深井钻井的主要技术措施以及所应用的钻井新技术,提出应进一步推广应用“PDC钻头+螺杆”复合钻进技术及高钙盐钻井液,并优化钻头选型,以进一步提高机械钻速。

Abstract:This paper summarizes drilling experiences obtained from wells of Zhuang-1, Sha-1, and Zhuang-103, and presents the main drilling problems including difficult trips, frequent pipe sticking, occasional drillstring twisting off, difficult electro-logging in well completion, and low ROP below 4000m. In addition, the paper introduces the main technical measures and a few novel drilling techniques taken while drilling a deep well, suggests the wide use of a combined drilling assembly of a PDC bit followed directly by a dyna drill, and high-calcium mud system as well as optimizing bit type for higher ROP.
