摘    要:以硼砂和淀粉为改性剂,对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行复合改性,使其耐水性和粘接强度得以提高,通过改性时间、温度、淀粉及硼砂用量和改性剂的加入方式等因素,对改性PVA胶性能的影响进行深入讨论,确定制备改性PVA胶的最佳改性条件,研究结果表明:少量硼砂和淀粉能较大程度地提高PVA胶水的耐水性能和粘接性能。

Abstract:Modification of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) by borax and starch as modifiers was presented to improve PVA water-resistance and bonding strength.Modified time,temperature,amount of starch and borax,addition way of modifier,which influencing properties of modified PVA were discussed in details.The optimum modification conditions were found.A small amount of borax and starch improved the water-resistance and bonding strength of PVA adhesive.
