| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的发展，建设智能小区将成为形势的必然。针对目前房地产市场推出的智能小区楼盘，从专业的角度探讨了智能化小区的内涵，小区智能化系统的基本构成。提出了实现小区智能化的方法，但智能化方式的实现还有赖于政府各部的支持，进行统一规划，制定相关法规，以期达到真正智能化的目的。

| Abstract: | With the development of national economy the construction of intelligentizing resident district is necessity of situation. According to intelligentizing resident district in real estate market the paper discuss the meaning of intelligentizing resident district and constitution of intelligentizing system. The way to realize the intelligentizing of small resident district is proposed. The realization of intelligentizing also dependent on the support of government sectors and through uniform criterion and correlative codes the resident can realize really intelligentizing. |
