广西康密劳锰铁高炉鼓风脱湿实践

摘    要:鼓风湿度增加是锰铁高炉夏秋两季生产指标变差的根本原因。广西康密劳锰铁高炉鼓风脱湿的实践证明:鼓风脱湿对节焦、增产、提高回收率、降低成本具有显著作用。国内组装的脱湿装置能够满足锰铁高炉脱湿工艺的要求。

Abstract:The increase of blast humidity is the key factor that affects production indexes of FeMn blast furnace during summer and autumn. The dehumidification practice in Guangxi Comilog provides the evidence that dehumidification can attribute a lot to the improvement of unit coke consumption reduction, productivity, Mn yield and cost reduction. The domestic made dehumidifier can meet the technological requirement of FeMn BF.
