| 摘 要： | 由本单位湿法磷酸装置衬胶设备的使用实践，总结了设计、施工、使用和维修等方面的经验，指出设计时应注意的问题和施工过程中的控制要点；认为浓缩系统闪蒸室衬胶后宜在直筒段再砌一层石墨板，以提高使用的可靠性，并对安装中常见的问题提出处理方法。

| Abstract: | From the practical use of rubber-lined equipment of the wet process phosporic acid plant of his unit, the author summarizes the experience in design,construction, installation,operation,and maintenance, points out note-worthy problems for design and control points for construction, considers it advisable to lay one layer of graphite sheet in the straight cylinder section after the flash chamber of the concentration system is lined with rubber in order to improve service reliability,and proposes solutions to common problems in construction. |
