| 摘 要： | 对马钢生产的高强度船板拉力分层样，进行了断口形貌和组织形貌观察分析，检测结果表明，板材中心带状珠光体严重，并有长条状MnS和Nb颗粒分布，试样中心区域塑性较差，断口中心区域为解理断裂，检验结果为分析分层原因，改善产品质量提供参考。

| Abstract: | The fracture appearance and microstructure of delaminated specimen of high-strength hull structural steel are analyzed.Results show that severe band pearlite,strip MnS and Nb particles are distributed and the ductility is poor with cleavage fracture in the center zone of the specimen,providing references for finding out the causes of delimination to improve product quality. |
