高碱值磺酸镁清净剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:在四球实验机上研究了高碱值磺酸镁清净剂的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜和光电子能谱仪对磨 斑的表面形貌和表面膜的元素组成进行了分析,探讨了高碱值磺酸镁的摩擦化学作用机理。结果表明:高碱 值磺酸镁的抗磨性能与其添加浓度有关,高浓度的高碱值磺酸镁具有良好的抗磨性能;这是由于在摩擦过程 中呈胶体分散的磺酸镁无机颗粒在摩擦副表面发生物理沉积和化学反应形成的保护膜能够有效地降低摩擦 副的磨损。

Abstract:Four-ball machine tests were performed to study the tribological performance of overbased Magnesium sulfonate detergent as oil additive. The worn surfaces and elements distributing were characterized with SEM and XPS analysis, the tribochemical mechanisms were also studied. The results showed that the antiwear ability of overbased magnesium sulfonate detergent was related to the concentration of T107. when the concentration is higher, T107 detergent exhibits excellent antiwear properties. Analytical results showed that the protective film formed on the worn surfaces by physical deposition and chemical reaction, and by the synergetic effects, the wear of steel was decreased.
