| 摘 要： | 在成本费用法的基础上 ,结合线损计算和可靠性评估 ,建立在投产贷款期进行年费用分析的经济分析方法。该分析方法计算成本时 ,综合考虑了工程建设周期、融资方式、因折旧方式和所得税率不同而产生的国家政策倾向的影响 ;计算工程改造的效益时 ,综合考虑线损电量和停电损失 ,使可靠性经济评估更符合生产实际。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes an evaluation method considering both lone loss reduction and reliability. The method considers the effect of national policy that will be effected by income tax, finance mode and cycle of the developing project. The evaluation fits well with the fact since reduction of line loss and load interruption is included in the total profit. |
