我国城市色彩规划实效性研究

辨析了色彩规划和色彩设计的概念,并基于色彩连续对比与同时对比原理,认为色彩和谐≠色彩秩序,城市主色调≠建筑主色调。德国基尔希施泰格费尔德(Kirchsteigfeld)色彩计划,英国伦敦和瑞典哥登堡的色彩管理模式表明,由于"plan"在英语中既指规划又指设计,国内普遍将针对具体地块开发的色彩设计,理解为针对整个城市层面的色彩规划,是对"colorplan"的误解。由于色彩本身的知觉特性,文章认为,改变"自上而下"的控制模式,采取"自下而上"的规划方法,强调控规层面的原则性条款,鼓励修建性详细规划和建筑设计阶段的色彩规划和设计,是城市色彩规划得以实施的前提。

PERFORMANCE OF URBAN COLOR PLANNING IN CHINA

This paper differentiates the concepts of color planning and color design.And based on the theories of color simultaneous contrast and color con-tinuous contrast,it finds that color harmony is not equal to color order,city main color is not equal to building main color.The Kirchsteigfeld color scheme in Germany as well as the color management pattern of London and Gothenburg reveals that the color plan for specific plot development might be misunderstood as that for the whole city owing to the word of "plan" refers to plan and design in English.Considering the color’s perceptible nature,it holds that changing the present controlling pattern from "top-down" to "bot-tom-up",emphasizing the principled items in the regu-latory plan,encouraging color plan and design in de-tailed plan and architectural design are the precondi-tion of the implementation of urban color plan.
