电场活化丙烯酸弹性体的应变特性

摘    要:通过实验,研究电极材料、预拉伸水平、施加电压等因素对电活化丙烯酸弹性体应变性能的影响。由实验结果可知:预拉伸水平存在应变响应拐点,拉伸水平小于该拐点值时,电活化丙烯酸弹性体的应变值随电压的增大而增加;大于该值时,电活化应变值随电压的增大而减小。研究表明:预拉伸水平、电极材料以及电场强度是影响电活化丙烯酸弹性体应变特性的重要因素;电场活化丙烯酸弹性体存在应变失稳现象和应变滞后。
