汽车排气消声器匹配设计方法

摘    要:对某一款轿车,采用一种新的消声器匹配设计方法进行方案改进设计.该方法使用目前比较先进的噪声频谱采集分析的硬件和仿真软件GT-power.并将仿真结果和试验结果进行对比.对比结果表明:这种方法具有先进、高效的工程实用性.

Abstract:In view of an exhaust muffler of the car,this paper improves its design according to a new matching design method for mufflers.This method takes full advantage of the more advanced hardware facilities and software of the noise spectrum acquisition and one-dimensional nonlinear CFD simulation software GT-power.Comparing the simulation results with test results,this paper concludes that this method is advanced and efficient in the process of muffler design.
