| 摘 要： | 试验研究了为提高MonelK－500合金铸锭的成分均匀性、降低夹杂物、保证冶金质量、提高各工序的成材率，以及酸洗、热处理加工等各项关键技术，由此保证了产品的性能和生产的稳定性，使国产泵轴性能达到进口同类产品水平。

| Abstract: | Teh Key technologies,including the pickling and heat treatment processes ,for improvingthe composition homogeneity of Monel K-500 alloy ingot casting,decreasing impurities,ensuring metallurgicalquality and increasing the final materials yield during every procedures had been tested ,therefore,the good product property and the stable batch production were ensured.These made the properties of our immersible pumpshaft reach the level of imported ones. |
