摘    要:碳(石墨)纤维类型对碳铜复合材料摩擦摩损性能有着重要的影响。碳纤维滑动过程中在复合材料亚表面层的弯曲程度,纤维的抗拉强度,杨氏模量及其直径等综合影响心银复合材料的磨损率,而摩擦系数则由建立的表面膜完善程度决定。

Abstract:The type of carbon fiber empioyed hase a significant infiuence on the friction and wear behavior of C/Cu compositc materials. It is found that the wear rate of C/0tt compo-sites is synthetically affected by the tensile strength, the Young's modules and the diameter of the fiber as well as its bending degree during the sliding process. The friction coefficient of C/Cu composite materials depends on the nature of the surface film formed at the sliding inte-rfaces.
