| 摘 要： | 介绍三角股钢丝绳作为缆索起重机主索的优势及设计难点,阐述缆索起重机主索用6V×43+IWR-60mm三角股钢丝绳的设计过程及生产工艺控制,研制结果表明,产品各项性能试验指标均符合执行标准的要求,拓展了三角股钢丝绳的应用领域。

| Abstract: | To introduce the advantages and design difficult point of triangle strand wire rope to act as main cable of the cable crane.The design course and production process control of 6V×43+IWR-60mm triangle strand wire rope for cable crane are expounded.The research results show that every property test index of the products all accord with the requirements of standard,which widen the application realm of triangle strand wire rope. |
