煤粉细度的合理选择

摘    要:针对当前燃用低挥发分煤种锅炉普遍存在的飞灰可燃物高、影响运行经济性及飞灰综合利用的情况,根据多年来对此问题的研究和实践,指出降低煤粉细度是解决问题的最好方法,并提出煤粉细度新的推荐公式,该推荐公式已列入新修订的行业标准。

Abstract:In view of widely existing high combustible content of fly ash problem which affects the operation economics of low volatile coal-fired boilers and the comprehensive utilization of fly ash, on the basis of many years study and practice, it is proposed that to reduce the pulverized coal fineness is the best way to solve the aforementioned problem, and a new formula for determining the rational pulverized coal fineness is put forward in the paper. This recommended formula has been adopted in the newly revised industrial standard.
