低压蒸汽压差发电的运行实践

介绍了云南云天化国际化工有限公司云峰分公司磷酸厂低压蒸汽系统存在问题及解决措施。通过新增2台蒸汽发电机组,利用低压蒸汽压差发电,既解决了磷酸厂A,B系列装置蒸汽管路压力高的问题,又增加了发电量。技术改造后装置运行稳定,每年增加发电量1.123 2×107kWh,创造经济效益393.12万元/a。

Operating practice of differential pressure generation with low-pressure steam

Problems and solutions in low-pressure steam system of Yunfeng Company of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co., Ltd. are described. Adding two steam generators for differential pressure generation with low-pressure steam solved the problem of steam line overpressure in A and B series of phosphate plant and increased generation capacity. After revamp, the plant operated stably and annually increased generation capacity of 1. 123 2x107 kWh, resulting in economic benefits of 3.931 2 million yuan.
