94GHz渐变复合腔回旋管的设计与实验

摘    要:根据注-波互作用自洽非线性理论,设计了一种二次谐波回旋管的渐变复合腔结构,并进行了数值模拟;通过采用波纹波导结构和不同的相位重匹配技术进行优化分析,设计了一种94GHz波纹波导模式转换器;根据模拟计算结果研制出了94GHz渐变复合腔二次谐波回旋管。实际测试的结果表明:所研制的回旋管在电子注电压50kV,电流8.8A,工作磁场1.56T时工作频率为94.2GHz,峰值输出功率为115kW,平均输出功率为3kW,效率为26%。

Abstract:A structure of complex cavity with gradual transition is employed in the second-harmonic gy-rotron is designed with the theory of beam-wave interaction, and a numerical simulation of the structure is made in this paper. The 94 GHz corrugated waveguide mode converter is optimized using corrugated waveguide structures and different phase re-matching techniques. The gyrotron with Complex Cavity Op-erating at the Second Harmonic is developed, the experimental results show that the pulse output power of 115 kW and the average output power of 3 kW at 94.2 GHz with 26% efficiency, the beam voltage is 50 kV and beam current is 8.8 A with magnetic field 1.56 T.
