摘    要:利用磷酸氢二铵促进梅拉德反应的性质,通过其与3-羟基-2-丁酮反应合成2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪,同时比较考察了3-羟基-2-丁酮与不同铵盐的反应。结果表明,3-羟基-2-丁酮与磷酸氢二铵在室温条件下静置24 h,过滤洗涤即得到2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪,产率可达到50%以上,且操作简便,适于工业开发。

Abstract:With the acceleration role of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, an easy method for synthesis of 2,3,5,6-tetrameth ylpyrazine from 3 hydroxy 2 butanone was studied, and different ammonium salts were investigated and compared. The results showed that when 3 hydroxy-2-butanone and diammonium hydrogen phosphate were mixed and rested at room temperature for 24 h, then after washing and filtering, 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine could be obtained with the total yield over 50%.
