| 摘 要： | 本文通过实验建立了使用X-荧光光谱仪快速检测荧光增白剂铁离子的方法。该方法的重复性限为2.5mg/kg,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.899mg/kg;检测时间由2小时缩短至5分钟。可用于生产企业的生产中控和成品筛选;其重复性、稳定性和准确性均能满足日常检测要求。

| Abstract: | A fast determination method for heavy metal ions was established by XRFS with experiments. Value of repeatability limit of this method was 2. 5mg/kg and value of RSD was 0. 899mg,/kg; The detection time was shortened from 2 hours to 5 minutes. The method could be used in production control and selection of product. The repeatability, stability and accuracy of XRFS could meet testing requirements. |
