高凝油微波降凝非热效应实验研究

摘    要:对高凝油进行微波作用降凝效果研究。析蜡点、凝点和含蜡量是表征原油析蜡过程的重要参数。研究发现经过微波加热处理后,各高凝油的析蜡点、析蜡高峰、常温含蜡量和凝点均有不同程度的降低,高凝油的蜡晶颗粒聚结变大,凝点降低。实验进行了微波加热和水浴作用的对比,当微波和水浴作用原油到相同温度时,微波的作用效果更佳,实验研究结果表明微波降凝存在非热效应。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of microwave radiation treatment on Bohai and Sudan high pour point oil is introduced. Wax precipitation, pour point and wax precipitation are important parameters which can characterize the process of wax precipitation. The research results indicates that wax precipitati- on point, wax precipitation peak point, wax precipitation amount and pour pint of two kinds high pour point oil are decreased by microwave heating, also the wax crystal coalescence of high pour point oil became bigger. The result showed that the superiority of microwave heating in crude oil processing by comparing the methods of microwave heating and water-bath heating. Also, there may be microwave non-thermal effect on the pour point depression of the high pour point oil.
