高功率脉冲微波系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了高功率脉冲微波系统的工作机理及应用,提出了采用刚管高压脉冲调制器作为激励源技术,利用脉冲磁控管输出高功率脉冲微波以及谐振腔体处理物料的设计思路。详细阐述了高压脉冲调制器、微波头、谐振腔体三个部分的设计方案,通过合理的结构设计完成了整机的研制,为探索脉冲微波的非热效应机理研究及应用提供了有利依据。

Abstract:This paper presents the working principle and applications of high power pulse microwave system facilities. A new design is proposed with hardy tube modulators used as excitated power supplies, pulse magnetrons used to produce high power microwave and resonance cavities used to deal with materiel. The design of modulator, magnetron head and resonance cavity are addressed in detail. , The whole system is achieved by employing the reasonable structure design, which be beneficial to explore the nonthermal affects theory and the applications of pulse microwave.
