无人机发动机试验检测系统的软件设计

摘    要:基于无人机发动机试验检测系统的研制需求,以LabVIEW为开发平台,合理运用汇编语言编程技术,设计开发了无人机发动机野外试车参数采集及分析处理软件.通过采用虚拟仪器、串行模数转换等新技术,实现了在机体与发动机不分离和不需要无人机全系统配合的条件下,模拟地面控制站对发动机进行指令控制,对发动机性能参数实施快速智能检测和综合显示,并根据检测数据进行故障分析,适时提供了维修指南,有效弥补了现有检测手段与方法的不足.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of UAV engine test system, a field test running software of the UAV engine based on LabVIEW is designed, which is about parameter collection and data processing. By adopting new technique including virtual instrument and A/D conversion etc., the system can test intellective the engine on the condition that the engine isn' t separated from the plane and the whole system don't need to cooperate. The system can replace the ground control station to control the engine. It can test quickly and expediently, and display the function parameters of the engine. According to testing data, the fault is analyzed and the maintaining guide is offered, and the shortage of the current measure and way is made up effectively.
