| Abstract: | The dispatching system of the Longtouqiao reservoir is easy to replicate owing to its real-time Windows system which having a complete range of function with quick in motion, easy in operation, strong in practice and in common use. The article introduces flood forecast plan, flood control criterion, dispatching rule, system structure and function, boundary design of the dispatch system of the Longtouqiao reservoir. |
