溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米Fe3O4/SiO2复合粒子

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸四乙酯作为表面修饰剂,对Fe3O4纳米粒子的表面进行包覆,制备出了磁性Fe3O4/S iO2纳米复合粒子.通过TEM,XRD,IR表征,复合粒子的粒径在15 nm~20 nm左右,呈球形且分散较均匀.

Abstract:This paper reported a silica film was coated onto the surface of ferriferous oxide nano-particles with the methods of sol-gel.Composite particles with uniform diameter and relatively magnetism were prepared by controlling reaction conditions.The prepared composite particle were characterized by TEM,XRD and IR.The size of nano-composite particles is about 15 nm~20 nm,their decentralization is favorable.
