微波辅助加压浸取枳椇中总黄酮

摘    要:采用单因素实验和正交实验进行了微波辅助加压浸取枳椇中总黄酮的研究。获得的最优工艺条件为:微波功率700 W、乙醇水溶液质量分数50%、压强131.733 kPa和液固比10 mL/g,在此条件下,总黄酮提取率高达97.28%,比常压浸取装置的提取率提高了22%。自行设计和制造的微波辅助加压浸取

Abstract:The single factor experimental method and orthogonal experiment method were used to separate total isoflavones from pueraria lobata by microwave-assisted leaching technique under pressure.The obtained optimum technical conditions were: microwave power of 700W,mass fraction of alcohol solution 50%,pressure of 131.733 kPa and ratio of solid to liquid of 1:10,under witch the leaching rate reached 97.28% which was about 22% higher than that obtained by microwave-assisted leaching technique under normal pressure...
