气幕发生器的试验研究

摘    要:根据流体力学中空气射流理论和附壁效应,结合现场实际条件对气幕发生器的气幕风速进行了测试和分析,并对气幕发生器的设计参数进行了探讨,得出满足现场条件最合理的喷口直径、气幕风流流向和喷孔间距的气幕发生器。试验结果对现场使用气幕发生器的设计和制作具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Measurement and analysis were conducted on the air curtain velocity of the air curtain generator on the basis of air jet theory and wall -attached effect in flow mechanics and according to the actual conditions at the site, discussion was made on the design parameters of the air curtain generator, and an air curtain generator that can meet the site conditions and has the most rational nozzle diameter, air curtain flow direction and nozzle interval was successfully developed. The test results of the air curtain generator have a certain reference value for the design and manufacturing of the air curtain generators used at the site.
