软线喷涂陶瓷涂层的研究

摘    要:介绍了采用火焰软线喷涂制备陶瓷涂层的工艺。通过对几种典型的陶瓷涂层(氧化铝、蓝铡玉、黑刚玉)的结构和部分性能的研究,并与等离子陶瓷涂层比较,结果表明,火焰软线喷涂涂层具有与等离子涂层相当的硬度和结合强度,但涂层相对较疏松。

Abstract:Several typical coatings including alumina, blue corundum, black corundum coatings deposited by flame flexible|cord spray technique are described in this paper. The microstructure of the coatings and their mechanical properties have been analyzed and compared with those of the plasma sprayed coatings. Results indicate the flexible|cord sprayed coatings have high hardness and binding strength equivalent to those of the plasma sprayed coatings. However, they are rather porous.
