我国球铁消失模铸造考察报告

对国内十多家球铁消失模铸造企业进行了调研;认为与发达国家相比,我国球铁消失模铸造企业规模偏小、企业生产率偏低,所生产铸件主要为汽车零部件和铸管件,普遍存在皱皮和夹杂缺陷;指出球铁件采用消失模铸造与采用其它铸造方法一样,要重视球化处理、孕育处理以及浇注系统设计工作。

Investigation Report on the Lost Foam Casting Industry of China

More than ten lost foam nodular iron casting producing enterprises of China was investigated.Compared with developed countries,the production scale and productivity of Chinese lost foam casting enterprises is rather smaller and lower respectively.The automobile parts and cast pipes are main castings of these enterprises,and the elephant skin and inclusions are the common defect of these castings.It was considered that for adopting lost foam casting process to produce the nodular iron casting,as for adopting other casting process,attentions must be paid to the nodularizing and inoculating treatment process and the gating system design.
